Hojicha is roasted green tea - very low in caffeine. Brewing Directions: one teaspoon of tea, one cup hot water. Place tea and hot water (212° F) in teapot and let brew for 90 - 120 seconds. You can reuse your tea leaves for two or three pourings by adjusting your brewing time. Excellent as Iced Tea, too!
